Part Time 22.5 hrs a week (3 days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)

The Position
The Customer Services Administrator will play an integral part in supporting all departments within the business.

This customer focused role will involve answering customer enquiries, providing customers with relevant information as well as other administrative responsibilities.


The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide a high-level of support to all Personal Best's customers
  • Support the customer service provision across the Personal Best portfolio
  • Maintain excellent and uptodate knowledge of all Personal Best's provisions
  • Use CRM to create, update and manage accurate records of contacts and bookings
  • Work as part of a team to support organisational needs and achievement of strategic goals
  • Support other areas of the Personal Best business, when requested by line manager

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Must hold a minimum of 5 x GCSE's (or equivalent), grade A-C inc. Maths & English or equivalent certificates

Skills and experience

  • Possess some experience in a customer service or client facing environment with administrative duties
  • Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
  • Solid understanding of good customer service best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competency in using IT systems (Gmail, Google Drive)
