We are looking for an experienced Administrator

A full-time position is now available for a build contractor located near Romsey. Ideally, we are seeking someone with a background in construction-related roles, although it is not mandatory.

  • Raising and receipting orders
  • Handling invoice queries and unmatched invoices
  • Answering phone calls and communicating with clients
  • Creating Job Folders and pushing through jobs on the internal system
  • Managing stock and office stationery levels
  • Liaising with suppliers and building relationships
  • Processing weekly and monthly wages/expenses
  • Tracking staff holidays and operative schedules
  • Updating fleet information and scheduling MOTs/services
  • Sending batch notice letters and onboarding new hires

Join our friendly team and work in a supportive environment You will be part of a large national contractor with a presence in over 40 branches nationwide.

Interviews will be conducted later this week or early next week.
