We are delighted to be working with our client in their search for an Administrator to join them in their busy purchasing team.

Our Client has been trading since 1976, and is the market leading provider in the UK in their industry.

Innovating, designing, manufacturing, installing and maintaining for over 40 years in Hampshire, has lead them to be renowned for high quality products and a high quality service.

Working hours will be Tuesday and Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm


Duties include processing daily purchase requests/orders, maintain records of goods ordered & received, update stock levels, handle product queries, credits, and returns, checking incoming paperwork (correspondence, invoices, order confirmations) and filing accordingly, answer incoming phone calls and corresponding in a timely manner to all queries.


You will need to have:

Good communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Be a good team player but with the ability to work alone when required.

Financial and commercial awareness

Proficient in Word and Excel and comfortable to use In house systems.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 15 per week

£10.62 per hour
