The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled PMO Administrator to join our PMO function, supporting our Defence business unit. As part of the PMO team, you will play a critical role in driving the balance between customer needs and delivering strong financial and delivery performance for the Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to sales functions across the Business Unit, ensuring business success through value-add services.
  • Improve business performance by identifying and consolidating internal sales-related processes, maintaining defined business rhythms, and supporting business change.
  • Act as a 'Front door' for knowledge and information, providing general guidance and operations within the Business Unit's sales functions.
  • Support decision-making through the provision of accurate and timely Management Information to BU Leadership and other internal functions.
  • Ensure the BU adheres to company policy and process through compliance analysis and corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Proactive approach and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working within a busy PMO or Sales environment.
  • Information and Data Management experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Power suite.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing organizations, preferably with experience of delivering complex frameworks and programmes.

Due to the nature of this position, we require you to be willing and eligible to achieve a minimum of SC clearance. To qualify, you should be a British Citizen and have resided in the UK for the last 5 years.
