The Opportunity

Roke has an exciting position for a Project Management Office (PMO) Administrator to join its PMO function supporting its Defence business unit.

As part of the PMO team, the successful candidate will be an integral part of driving the balance between the needs of the customer and delivering strong financial and delivery performance for the Business Unit.

The primary job purpose is to ensure business success through the provision of value-add services to sales functions across the Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a comprehensive administrative service, including assisting in setting up workshops, meetings, taking minutes, chasing actions, arranging travel, arranging quotations and purchases, and managing ad-hoc queries.
  • Ensure all information and documentation is processed, maintained, monitored, and filed.
  • Maintain systems for recording costs, timesheets, purchases, and expenses.
  • Coordinate the collation of reports and produce summary reports and packs.
  • Maintain risks, actions, issues, change, and dependency registers.

Requirements

  • Proactive approach and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working within a busy PMO or Sales environment.
  • Information and Data Management experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Power suite.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing organizations, preferably with experience of delivering complex frameworks and programs.
