- **Duties will include**:

- Responsible for processing all of increasing e-commerce orders
- Coordinating sales and purchase orders: order progressing and keeping customers informed
- Handling enquiries efficiently to quote or respond to customer in timely manner
- Answering of telephone to assist with general queries and order updates
- Sage 50 Accounts: Sales orders, purchase orders, quotations, invoices
- Assisting with database management (Salesforce CRM)
- Becoming point of contact and building customer/supplier rapport
- Export procedures and bookings
- Providing excellent customer service to achieve full customer satisfaction after point of sale
- General office administration and filing

- **Essential Skills**:

- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone manner and written communication
- Competent IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft; outlook, word, excel
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Pro-active, hard working with a positive attitude and desire to progress within the role
- Ability to priortise workload
- Ability to build good rapport with both customers and suppliers
- Have good time management and organisational skills
- Enthusiasm to learn and succeed
- Work in a small office team and able to diversify role when required
- Sage 50 accounts experience is a bonus but not essential. (Full on the job training provided for any software used)

- Based on Romsey Industrial Estate, we are located right behind the train station. The Rubber Company supply an extensive range of rubber and associated products to a wide scope of industries.
- Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am - 5:00pm (4:00pm on Friday's)
- Holidays: 20 working days. We do not work weekends or bank holidays
- Company closes before Christmas Eve until early January (complimentary holiday)
- Company pension scheme
- 3 months' probation period

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
