**Logistics Administrator**

To control the coordination of all imports and exports at TechnipFMC Umbilicals Ltd covering projects within the local and global business units, liaising with external service providers, suppliers, freight forwarders and the TFMC Dunfermline Logistics Hub as necessary.

**Job description**:

- Primarily responsible for the delivery of a procurement service to TechnipFMC Umbilicals. This includes procurement of components, raw materials, OPEX and CAPEX for the global TechnipFMC Umbilical manufacturing facilities. The department also has qualification, shipping and contracts responsibilities.
- To control the coordination of all imports and exports at TechnipFMC Umbilicals Ltd covering projects within the local and global business units, liaising with external service providers, suppliers, freight forwarders and the TFMC Dunfermline Logistics Hub as necessary.

**You are meant for this job if**:

- Co-ordinate all shipments for Sea, Road, Air and Courier modes of transport both within UK and overseas ensuring that external service providers act promptly and in accordance with project and business requirements.
- Act as a first point of contact for both the business and the external service providers for all shipping requirements and queries as and when necessary.
- Ensure external service providers maintain the shipping logs, keeping them up to date with all current information.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is in place and stored in the shipping folders. Missing documentation to be chased.
- Assist Finance with information to ensure all shipping costs are booked to the correct project cost centres.

**Performance Measurement**
The individual performance and assessment criteria shall be established during the annual appraisal assessment between the employing Manager and jobholder.

**Supervisory Responsibilities**

The job holder will have no direct reports.

**Health & Safety responsibilities**
All personnel are responsible to ensure their compliance with H&S Management Systems in accordance with the principles, objectives and targets of the company's policy and in compliance with statutory provisions, taking account the complexity and business risks involved in operations.
