**About the role**

As our Facilities Project Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating and leading key projects within our facilities department. Your primary goal will be to ensure that projects progress smoothly and deadlines are met, providing essential administrative support along the way. Collaborating closely with various teams across the organization, you'll contribute to maintaining a safe and appropriate network of facilities for our clinical staff to operate from.

From reviewing compliance to overseeing site closures and managing project progress reporting, your role will be diverse and dynamic. You'll handle database management, administrative tasks, and provide invaluable support to our suppliers and contractors.

We're looking for individuals with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a knack for thriving in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience in project coordination or facilities management, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, we want to hear from you

**Essential experience and qualifications**
- High levels of accuracy with an eye for detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Confidence and ability to deal with a wide range of people.
- A flexible approach with an ability to adapt quickly to meet the demands of a busy environment.
- An excellent telephone manner.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise workload.
- Experience of working in Project Administrator / Manager / Coordinator role or a role that would demonstrate the skills required
- Educated to GSCE level or equivalent professional experience.
