**YOUR NEW ROLE, WHAT’S INVOLVED?**

For this role you require vision, ideas, and drive to work across and support and exceptional team and to become an integral part to help support the growth and success of the business. You’ll be assisting in everyday tasks from general administration, marketing and social to supporting the graphics and technical teams. You will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of standards and processes to ensure smooth day-to-day running. With this varied role, you’ll be at the heart of the business and working towards building its reputation.
- Supporting the Managing Director with general day-to-day tasks and business administration
- Tracking and organisation of client meetings
- Creation and ongoing management of business standards, documents, and CRMs
- Assisting in the creation of marketing materials such as booklets, brochures, digital presentations etc. to promote the business to new and potential clients
- Management of business social channels and the creation of content to be shared across all platforms
- Maintenance and update of the company website

**WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU IF**

You have the willingness to learn and understand the architectural landscape and are looking to make a role your own as you grow into it. You’ve got exceptional grammar and communication skills and are highly organised with the ability to carry out multiple tasks to a high standard whilst working in a fast-paced environment. You’ve got a creative mind when it comes to how to market a business and package it up for our clients to see.

You are a confident, proactive, and focused individual who is highly organised with the ability to carry out multiple tasks to a high standard whilst working in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of SketchUp, InDesign and Photoshop is desirable. You may be a graduate / or are looking to start a new career in the architectural industry.

Our office is based in Segensworth, Fareham, PO15 5SJ.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week

**Salary**: £14,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
