**Overview**:
I am seeking an experienced **Administrator** for a long-standing client of mine based in Frimley.

My client is a specialist Engineering company focussing on the installation and maintenance of Fire & Life Safety systems and electronic security solutions.

This is a great role, joining the central support staff supporting the day to day duties and responsibilities of the Service Engineering department.

- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiar with windows software systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.

**Salary and package**:

- 22 days holiday a year plus bank holidays
- Pension scheme

**Duties and Responsibilities of Service Desk Administrator**:

- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording information.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Prepare service reports by collecting and analysing customer information.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Manage incoming calls.
- Generate sales leads - follow up with clients with regards to quotes sent or required
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Place or cancel orders.
