**The role would suit an experienced administrator with excellent day to day customer service experience. You could come from any service or product industry, however if you have worked with engineers, contractors or facilities, this would be ideal. Animmediate start.**
Responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination of the engineers and customers, so someone who is extremely organised, meticulous, thorough and good at problem solving is ideal.
Working with a very supportive team, the position will involve:

- Advise customers of scheduled visits once dates are agreed
- Liaise with existing clients regarding contract renewals
- Renew any existing maintenance risk assessments that are in place
- Raise callouts and update the callout audit sheet
- Raise Jobs following receipt of a client’s purchase order
- Raise and issue POs for suppliers and subcontractors.
- Liaise daily with engineers to ensure service jobs are completed
- Review and file engineer worksheets/certs etc
- Process all engineer expenses with associated job costs and submit for approval
- Process engineer timesheets, add associated job costs and submit for approval
- Generate a weekly report of works that can be invoiced
- Ensure parts are available for engineers’ collection
- Chase up outstanding purchase orders from clients
- Provide customers with general documentation and updates as required
- Liaise with engineers for missing paperwork and certificates
- Assist office administrator with answering the telephone
- Receive goods-in whilst the office administrator is away on leave.
