An opportunity exists for three customer focussed individuals to join a team who are committed to providing excellent services to Hartlepool residents, businesses and visitors.
The positions are based within the busy and fast paced Customer Services team where you will assist with customer contact both over the telephone and face to face.
It is essential that you have a background in customer services, ideally within a contact centre environment, together with an NVQ3 in Customer Services or equivalent.
