In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with customers, promote green energy options, and contribute to our mission of creating a sustainable future.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Engage with customers over the phone to determine their eligibility for funding schemes and advise them on available options, including renewable energy sources like electric and solar panels.**:

- **Coordinate surveyor routes efficiently, ensuring prompt and accurate service for customers.**:

- **Collaborate with the team to meet targets and provide exceptional customer service.**:

- **Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to funding schemes and renewable energy sources.**

**NO COLD CALLING OR BOUGHT DATA**

**Requirements**:

- **Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.**:

- **Excellent telephone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.**:

- **Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.**:

- **Attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.**:

- **Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.**

**Salary**: £21,000 - £24,000 depending on experience with uncapped OTE of £100/week
