You may not know the Auxillis name, but it is likely we have helped someone you know. Based in Bracken Hill Business Park in Peterlee, we are the leading provider of bespoke accident claims and mobility services for motorists, trusted by some of the UK’s best known motor insurers and motoring brands to help their customers when they need it most.

As a Customer Advisor in our front-line Peterlee team, you’ll be at the heart of our business and every day will present a wide variety of customers, each with their own unique needs. Whether assisting customers to record their accident details and assessing liability or explaining how our services work - you’ll be a natural at getting to the bottom of things, helping customers get the best outcome possible.

A background in customer service is optional, but an enthusiastic and positive approach to making your customers bad day better, is second nature to you.
