_Borthwick Group_ is a company based in the North East, operating across the UK, providing energy saving initiatives to customers in need of assistance under ECO4 funding. We use a whole home approach to improve the energy efficiency of the home, through the use of innovative technologies such as Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar Photovoltaics, Gas Boilers, and more.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Submissions Administrator to join our successful head office team. This opening would be the perfect fit for experienced individuals looking to develop their long term career.
**Responsibilities**:
- Packaging evidence and photographs for submission to utility companies
- Managing and maintaining data, ensuring it is up to date
- Working towards deadlines to ensure work is submitted on time in good standard
- Build and input data for certification and warranty using online software
- Establish and maintain precise documentation aligning customer and product information
- Ensure project measures and industry standards are compatible
- Frequent use of google sheets transferring projects to varying stages
- Compare project scores with completed work establishing score maintenance
What we need from you:
- A focused, organised attitude to work
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Computer literate, experience in MS Office/Google Sheets or similar is preferred
- Target and deadline driven
- Experience within the ECO industry would be beneficial
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
