School Administrator required for Hartlepool Primary School
**Your new company**Your new 'Good' primary school in Hartlepool are currently looking for a School Administrator on a full time, temporary basis long term.
**Your new role**As a School Administrator, you will be working front of house and will be the first point of contact for any external visitors, staff and students and will need to manage any queries or messages effectively. You will be using the SIMS & FMS software systemin order to monitor absence, input data and generate reports for senior leaders. You will also have a number of general admin duties such as filing, booking meetings and other administrative tasks as and when needed. You will also be counting dinner monies,money for school trips and uploading these onto spreadsheets.
**What you'll need to succeed**As a School Administrator, you will need to have excellent communication skills and always work to a high standard. You will be friendly and be able to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative. It is essential that you have recent experience ofschool administration. You will be a confident user of the Microsoft office suite and be aware of financial regulations with regard to school funds, working with petty cash and purchasing.
