As we expand our team, we are looking for a dedicated Administrative Coordinator who embodies our commitment, innovation, and client satisfaction values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule projects for developers, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to timelines.
- Track and update delivery dates, project milestones, and costings to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project statuses, actions required, and any necessary confirmations and agreements.
- Liaise with developers to ensure they have all the necessary resources and information to progress with projects effectively.
- Monitor project timelines and developer schedules to ensure compliance with agreed-upon deadlines.
Required Traits and Skills:
- Organisational Excellence: Strong ability to plan, organise, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Reliability: Dependable in delivering consistent results and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Interpersonal Skills: Proficient in handling interactions with clients and team members with diplomacy and tact.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using standard computer programs such as CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a tech or support environment (desired but not mandatory).

Pay: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
