Administrative Support Coordinator

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Administrative Support Coordinator. As a key member of our organization, you will provide exceptional support to our medical professionals, ensuring seamless operations and delivering top-notch patient care.
Key ResponsibilitiesOur ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the front desk is always manned and running smoothly
- Booking appointments and managing schedules with precision
- Greeting patients and directing them to their appointments or providing assistance as needed
- Taking requests for house calls and preparing necessary materials for doctors
- Preparing rooms for surgeries, waiting areas, and reception spaces
- Scanning letters and tagging medical records accurately
- Handling queries from various stakeholders, including hospitals, pharmacies, patients, and healthcare professionals
- Filing and scanning documents efficiently
- Processing prescriptions and registering patients for online access when requested
- Photocopying and using bespoke software as required
