We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service and Administration Coordinator to join our team at Major Newton Aycliffe. As a key member of our global trade department, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Job DescriptionWe are offering a permanent contract with a competitive salary of up to £26,000 per year, including a bonus scheme. Responsibilities- Review order confirmations and verify accuracy within 48 hours of order entry and notify customers.
- Work with Planning & Sales to determine inventory management plans for customers.
- Receive and manage customer complaints and enter them in the non-conformance database. Liaise with Sales Managers and assist to bring the complaint to a close and complete the administration instructions accordingly.
- Maintain customer records and master data.
- Provide effective cover to co-workers who are on holiday or on sickness leave.
