Administrative Services Assistant

We are looking for a talented Customer Services Administrator to join our team in Hartlepool, Durham. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for handling customer orders and inquiries. You will work closely with Planning & Sales to determine inventory management plans for customers, and respond and assist on all supply chain related issues.
Job Description- Handle all order amendments, whether requested by the customer or company, and communicate status to all parties involved

- Respond and assist on all supply chain related issues
You will receive and manage customer complaints, entering them in the non-conformance database. You will liaise with Sales Managers to bring the complaint to a close and complete the administration instructions accordingly. You will also maintain customer records and master data, ensuring its accuracy on a consistent basis.
Benefits and CompensationThe annual salary for this position is £26,000. Employees are entitled to a range of benefits, including a company pension, Bupa healthcare, and a pay 1% pension enrolment scheme. Other benefits include death in service coverage, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, flexible working hours, and a cycle to work scheme. Enhanced maternity leave provides 12 weeks at full pay, and a health & wellbeing programme offers resources and support for mental and physical health.
