Medical Office Assistant Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering exceptional patient care.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will:
- Provide administrative support to our medical professionals, including booking appointments, managing schedules, and greeting patients
- Ensure the front desk is always staffed and running efficiently
- Prepare rooms for surgeries, waiting areas, and reception spaces
- Scan letters and tag medical records accurately
- Handle queries from various stakeholders, including hospitals, pharmacies, patients, and healthcare professionals
- Filing and scanning documents efficiently
- Process prescriptions and register patients for online access when requested
- Photocopying and using bespoke software as required

Location and SalaryThis role is based in Hartlepool, TS24 0NZ. The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience.
