Our ideal candidate:

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care desirable.
  • Excellent organisational skills, IT literacy, and ability to allocate work effectively.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
  • A good understanding of care planning processes.
  • Experience or willingness to train in administering medication.
