Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Project Quality Administrator for our clients based in Hartlepool. As a Project Quality Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting their internal departments across the UK.

Project Quality Administrator Responsibilities:
Plan, expedite, submit and report project certificates related to key contractual milestones

Work towards tight deadlines

Work with the document control team and managers to collect accurate information aligned to project deliveries, following up on the creation of certificates and expediting related attachments.

Responsible for maintaining up to date certification KPI’s and report to the Project Leadership Team and finance executives

Administer document management systems

Details of a Project Quality Administrator:
**Salary**: £18 per hour

Location: Hartlepool

Duration: Temporary on going

Project Quality Administrator Requirements:
Experience in product administration/coordination.

Proficient in project management software.

Organisational and time management skills.

Strong communication skills.

Project Quality Administrator Benefits:
