HR Administrator

HR Administrator required for a new, permanent role in the Hartlepool area. This is full-time and is to start ASAP.
The Role
Creating and maintaining accurate employee records.
Ensuring that HR systems and databases are accurately maintained.
Preparing and amending HR documentation (e.g. employment contacts).
Reviewing and renewing Company policies and procedures.
Be the first point of contact for site based HR queries.
Assist in identifying training needs for site personnel.
Recommend new approaches, processes, procedures to affect continual improvements in efficiency of HR services performed.
Monitoring and tracking Site/Divisional and Group HR KPIs.
Preparing weekly and monthly HR and People data.
Supporting the management of Group / Divisional HR programmes and projects.
Provide support for reward related topics such as job grading benchmarking.
Supporting internal groups such as the Social Value Committee, Works Council and Employee Engagement Forum.
General HR administration.
Support the monthly payroll process
Support the site with general office administrative duties
Experience & Qualifications
2+ years experience in a similar role.
Possess a strong administrative and organisational skillset.
A ‘hands on’ approach with the ability to pro-actively handle multiple challenges within a high paced environment.
Strong analytical, planning and problem solving skills.
The ability to analyse and interpret data.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Possess the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrate a commitment to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external stakeholders by being proactive and showing initiative.
Knowledge of basic employment law and HR / Payroll practices would be advantageous
Qualified to CIPD level 3
Remuneration
£25,000 per annum
