**About the Client & Team**
The Account Executive will operate in our Global account team dedicated to adidas.
Our role as the Global account team is to serve our markets, operating as one global network, ensuring world-class integrated-media management is developed, communicated, implemented, measured, and improved upon. Ultimately, we are tasked with delivering a greater comms impact on adidas’s marketing and hitting Global business goals.
We enable our Global network to get ahead of the game with planning and organisation by providing strategic guidance, frameworks, governance, and digital and platform guidance.
We drive the integrated-media agenda, ensuring a balance between (long-term) brand and (short-term) e-commerce. Raising the bar for the network in terms of better media practice, consistency in approach, aligned measurement, and faster-centralised learning.
Our team is designed to reduce complexity in an ever more fragmented marketplace. Ensuring that our network is clear, integrated, and focused on business growth.
**The Role**:
**In this role, you will***:
- Help to drive efficient ways of working within the team, as well as with hubs and local markets.
- Support on status meetings, ensure meetings are recorded and outcomes are assigned to the team and delivered in the timeframes agreed.
- Manage the media planning tool, Lumina.
- Spot-check reports for accuracy and follow up with markets.
- Coordinate the reporting across multiple markets, globally.
- Keep clients up to date on campaign tracking.
- Help produce campaign launch decks, global post-campaign analyses, and quarterly business reviews.
- Collaborate with regional and local teams to develop media landscape reports and competitive analysis.
- Constantly feedback to the line manager and the wider account team relating to risks that arise and may impact the performance of campaign delivery.
- Build & sustain professional and collaborative working relationships with the agency and client team.
- Create a weekly industry news and competitor newsletter for EssenceMediacom and adidas teams
**Key Measures of Success**:
- Receive positive feedback from your internal stakeholders including local markets.
- All markets will comply with the agreed ways of working with the client.
- Gain trust from clients, the wider global team, and the local markets
- Be highly responsive to client and market requests.
**Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience**:
- Have skills to be able to analyse and provide commentary on campaign data.
- Be experienced in and passionate about the sporting, fashion, and apparel sectors.
- have proven and demonstrable skills in growing relationships.
- Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills.
- be highly organised and be able to efficiently manage workload.
