Operations Administrator.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide advice, assistance and information to trade waste customers and manage the accounts to provide the shareholders with the necessary billing information.
- Enter data into appropriate information technology systems and assist in the ongoing maintenance of the database.
- Interrogate systems to access information for technical/management support and the shareholders.
- Communicate service delivery information to front line teams and the customer service teams of the shareholders.
- Assist in the receipt of payments for service in accordance with existing procedures and audit guidelines, including cash receipts.
- Process creditor invoices from receipt through to final divisional certification.
- Assist management/officers in the raising of purchase orders for goods and services from external suppliers.
- Prepare sundry debtors invoices as directed by management and assist in monitoring and controlling outstanding debts.
- Assist in verifying creditor invoices and contract statements by cross referencing to original orders and subsequent variations.
- Provide administrative support to the company, including other Depot offices, such as word processing, record keeping, filing, archiving and the sorting of mail.
- Comply with all current systems and procedures in operation within the company.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 GCSE's between A*-C (or equivalent) including Maths and English
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Previous experience in administration
- Must supply an up to date CV
