**About the Role**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Service Administrator to join our team at First Base Employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and managing service visits, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations.

**Key Tasks:**

  • Schedule service and maintenance visits for engineers, prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Manage engineer schedules, ensuring accurate recording of jobs and time.
  • Issue and check service certificates, maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Order parts and arrange delivery to site, streamlining operations.
  • Prepare quotations for work and invoice completed tasks, providing excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, fostering strong relationships.
  • Organize calibration of test equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as directed by management, demonstrating flexibility.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software, with a focus on efficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration.
  • Able to work independently and use initiative, driving results.
  • Familiarity with Sage or similar accounting software is beneficial, but not essential.

**Compensation Package:**

This role offers a competitive salary range of £26,000–£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a supportive work environment.
