**Your focus will be**

**In addition, you will**:

- Manage the production and delivery of EOIs, SQs PPQ, and assist where necessary on ITTs and Pitches
- Develop and maintain a bid library of best practice materials, including CVs, case studies, testimonials, and project profiles
- Ensure timely submission of PQQs in accordance with deadlines
- Portal management, register, monitor and maintain accounts accessing and downloading incoming collateral, information and notifications.
- Manage the company database, populating and keeping it up to date from PQQ to live project
- Edit and rewrite content, proof reading responses for spelling and grammar
- Dealing with confidential company and client data and updating internal systems
- Work with the Graphic Design team to deliver quality design outputs
- Work collaboratively with the wider Marketing team
- Assist Bid Manager in continually improving the quality of our submissions

**You will bring to the table**:

- Previous experience in bid coordination, preferably in the construction industry
- Advanced InDesign skills along with excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages
- A strong understanding of database management
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with bid management software and tools
