Senior Continuous Improvement Lead

The post holder is a key member of the Transformation Team at LNWUH and will lead on embedding the principles of CI, patient safety and clinical effectiveness into practice across all LNWUH sites.
The post holder will lead and actively seek opportunities for innovative improvement projects and work with key stakeholders within the specialties across all sites to promote the uptake and delivery of such projects.
The post holder will demonstrate experience in leading and delivering several improvement projects simultaneously. They will be expected to provide training and coaching for Transformation team members, trust staff and our stakeholders. They will assist in leading the development and implementation of improvement methodologies to be adopted across the Trust and ensure that the right training and support is in place to allow for these methodologies to be effectively deployed.
1. Independently lead the delivery of transformation and improvement projects, supporting the realisation of significant strategic objectives, non-financial benefits and financial targets.
2. Provide coaching, training, and support development opportunities for transformation team members, including line management responsibilities within project teams.

4. Build strong relationships and be seen as a trusted advisor from an improvement point of view for stakeholders inside and outside the organisation
