**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and champion continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation to drive operational excellence and achieve strategic goals.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement roadmap, including clear objectives, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to identify improvement opportunities, evaluate processes, and establish improvement targets.
- Conduct process assessments and data analysis to identify root causes of inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and quality issues.
- Design and implement process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Agile, to drive sustainable improvements.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and brainstorming activities to engage employees and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the improvement cycle, including defining project scopes, conducting data collection, analysing results, and implementing solutions.
- Programme manage the progress of all our improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and achievement of desired outcomes.
- Develop and deliver reports and presentations to communicate the impact and benefits of continuous improvement initiatives to stakeholders and senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to continuous improvement, and proactively recommend innovative solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, preferably in a complex organizational environment.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Agile, with relevant certifications.
- Solid understanding of performance metrics, data analysis, and statistical tools to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Exceptional project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to drive change.
- Proactive mindset with a continuous learning orientation, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Proficiency in using process mapping and improvement software/tools is desirable.
