Job Title: Continuous Improvement Specialist
Location: Remote (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £70k per annum
Ventula Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Consultant to join our team. As a leading provider of consulting services, we require an expert to work with our clients to simplify and standardise processes.
This role involves working across the business to drive process improvements, leading end-to-end improvement projects, and deploying a structured approach to Continuous Improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive process standardisation and optimisation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise improvement opportunities
- Design and implement process metrics to measure and track performance
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance process knowledge and skills
Requirements:
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or similar certification
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience of effectively engaging to drive change
- Substantial practical business experience with proven background in delivering value through process standardisation and optimisation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (e.g. Prince, Agile & Scrum)
