**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a recruitment marketing and training intern to join our team in Chiswick, West London for a 12 month contract. The role will focus on two key areas: Developing a Social Media Recruitment Strategy for the Talent Acquisiton Team, and supporting the International Talent Management and Development Lead with training administration and course materials. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands on experience to our teams success in a global organisation and will suit an enthusiastic self-starter.

**Key responsibilities**:
**Recruitment Marketing**
- Support with the development of effective recruitment marketing campaigns to attract and engage top talent
- Create engaging and compelling branding content, including social media posts, blog articles and videos
- Analyse recruitment marketing data to measure effectiveness of campaigns
- Manage recruitment campaigns across various platforms (job boards, social media) to reach a diverse audience
- Co-ordinate weekly internal careers announcement
- Monthly reporting on Recruitment Key Performance Indicators

**Learning & Development**
- Aid in the coordination of training and development programs, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communications.
- Help create and update training materials and resources, ensuring they are current and accessible to employees.
- Assist in tracking employee training progress and maintaining records of completed courses.
- Support the development of content for internal communications and announcements.Update weekly Recruitment and L&D reports.
- Monthly reporting on Learning & Development Key Performance Indicators

**About you**:

- Proven experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or related roles
- Familiarity with social media platforms and AI tools preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A creative and innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
