This is an exciting Project Support Officer role within the Digital Change Team to provide project support and undertake specialist administrative duties to support the migration of a number of clinical and corporate systems onto new IT infrastructure. As project support officer you will be liaising with a wide range of colleagues including those within Digital Services, clinical departments, system suppliers, procurement and healthcare analytics.

You will be required to lead on smaller scale projects and support the management of more complex or sensitive projects by managing / leading work packages on behalf of more senior programme or project staff. If you have previous experience in a project support role, excellent organisational and communication skills this role may be of interest to you. There are 2 vacancies that are being offered on a fixed term contract or secondment basis with the contract concluding on 31st March 2024.

Lead the creation and maintenance of standard project documentation tailoring this to suit individual project needs.

Creation and maintenance of a standard library of project documentation including identification of documents, retaining master copies, record keeping and ensuring version control is maintained.

Maintaining an electronic project filing structure for each project being taken forward to agreed standards.

Keeping a log of project risks and issues.

Providing accurate, user friendly reports to support the delivery of programmes and projects.

Responsible for effective archiving of project information.
