**P/T Office Administrator**: Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex
**Salary**: £10.50 p/h (5 hrs 2 - 4 days a week)
**The Role**:
The role will support the team and complete administrative tasks.
**Office Administrator Job Duties**:
- General administration duties
- Answers phone calls and transfer them as necessary
- Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
- Working closely with directors and member of staff
- Creates agendas and takes meeting notes
- Assists in purchase orders and invoicing
- Maintains accurate records
- Manages outgoing post and records data on special deliveries
- Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
**Experience and Skills Required**:
- Prior Office Administration experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work without supervision
- Excellent time management skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs
- Ability to Handle Confidential Information
- Strong Record-Keeping Skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 10 per week
**Salary**: £9.00-£11.00 per hour
