Receptionist/administrator (Kingsclere Court)

**We are looking to recruit a Receptionist/Administrator for our newly opening care home in Westcliff-on-Sea.**
The care home has 53 beds and has been fully refurbished to a luxury high standard due to open in January 2024.
As a Home Administrator, you will be a key member of the Kingsclere Court team in supporting them with their administration in handling a variety of tasks. In your role, you will be supporting the homes Registered Manager, Head Office Team, Residents, HR and much more.
**Daily duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:
- Managing the reception phone lines
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- General office administration
- Provide administration support to various departments of the Care Home
- Support the Registered Manager with the homes Quality Assurance, Marketing of the home, Health & Safety, among others.
- Liaise with care agencies/authorities
**Skills/Requirements**:
- Excellent organisational, time management and problem-solving skills in a fast pace environment
- Must be computer literate with Microsoft Word/Excel, Outlook and online interfaces.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks within timescales
- Previous experience in the care sector is advantageous but not essential
- Driving Licence & Car owner may be beneficial
