**We are looking to recruit Housekeeper's for our newly opening care home in Westcliff-on-Sea.**

The care home has 53 beds and has been fully refurbished to a luxury high standard due to open in June/July 2024.

**Daily duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Cleaning and maintaining resident rooms, public corridors and staff areas
- Making beds by removing and replacing sheets and pillow cases
- Cleaning floors by washing, vacuuming floors and deep clean.
- Maintaining furnishings by dusting and polishing furniture
- Maintaining a safe, secure, and clean working environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, C.O.S.H.H regulations.
- Reporting defects, damage and hazards to the management team
- Be able to work individually and as part of a team
- Offering visitors a friendly and professional welcome

**Skills/Requirements**:

- A drive to maintain our customer service and standards
- Friendly, positive thinking individuals to join a like-minded team
- High standards of personal grooming
- Flexibility to work to the requirements of the business
