**Job Purpose**

Assisting the Inventory team with stock related

administrative duties as required and work as part of the Buying Team

**Duties and Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure inventory incoming reports are chased and confirmed daily to be sent to warehouse teams.
- Review all purchase order acknowledgements from suppliers and raise any discrepancies.
- Assist with Invoice queries.
- Update pricing of stock items on the system.
- Filing of supplier delivery notes.
- Participate in companywide stock takes when required.
- General housekeeping of system data as needed.
- Ad hoc duties as required.

**Skills and Experience**

**Essential**:

- Good telephone manners.
- Communicates well at all levels.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience in a basic admin role.

**Desirable**:

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel.

Knowledge of Inventory.

**Personal Qualities**:

- Hard working.
- Confident.
- Ability to multitask.

Ambitious, eager to learn and develop.

**Salary**: £21,500.00 per year
