**Marketing Administrator - Liverpool**

**Fixed term contract**

**£22,000 - £25,000**

We have an exciting new opportunity for someone to join a well-established business based in Liverpool. The role will assistant and be responsible in providing support to the Marketing Manager and departments across the business with digital generalist marketingAdministration activities.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketeer who can bring creativity and drive to the Marketing division. Experience working in Marketing would be an advantage, however NOT essential, as our client is also keen to consider a Graduate that is looking foran opportunity to kickstart there career within Marketing. **Full training and support will be provided.**
- Production of post campaign and digital channel reports and analysis to inform the Marketing Team and the wider business. Able to analyse data and make recommendations based on the conclusions.
- Production of consistent, on brand, high quality presentations, reports and tenders to support colleagues across the business. Developing new templates where required to improve presentation, accessibility and consistency. Managing and maintaining the libraryof brand assets to ensure they are current and relevant.
- Develop and manage marketing reports and templates to assist the team.
- Maintenance of marketing budget spreadsheet.
- Marketing stock control. Merchandise, event banners, event support material. Maintenance of the stock inventory.
- Liaise with the Graphic Designer and external print suppliers to order printed materials.
- Maintain an annual event calendar to organise marketing support for the wider business. Prepare for each event in suitable time, ensuring the business makes the most from attending and is always presented in a professional manner.
- Event support. Production of name badges/cards, programmes etc to a high standard. Preparing and signing out/ in event equipment. Produce event briefings and summary reports. Ensure photographs are taken for follow up activity.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the website, supporting the team by identifying any required updates or issues.
- Responsible for new starter packs to support onboarding in conjunction with the Group Marketing Assistant. Supporting HR requirements for the onboarding process, such as induction materials.
- Support Webinar activity across the business in conjunction with IT, helping to develop and improve the online seminar offering.

- A strong communicator, adept at problem solving and motivated to positively contribute to the team at every opportunity.
- Excellent Time Management - Able to prioritise, project manage and work effectively to manage their workload independently. Highly organised, a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Proficient using MS Office with an analytical mind, a desire to learn and develop, creative thinking and organisational skills.
- Experience in Marketing would be preferred but not essential.
