Office/finance Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Total Moving Solutions Team.
We are seeking to appoint a part time Office/Finance Administrator to work alongside our Operations Director; supporting them with daily Finance activities.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
The responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Managing sales and purchase invoices, ensuring they are entered and filed correctly and reconciling to the bank accounts
- Reconciling the Business Bank Accounts on a monthly basis, as part of the quarterly VAT submission
- Raising payment links for customers wishing to make card payments online
- Collating the monthly commissions and payments
- Collating the staff holiday records
**Skills and requirements**
- A desire to learn on the job with support to take on ad-hoc tasks as required
- Ability to work independently, flexibly and to use own initiative to solve problems proactively
- Organised and methodical with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage workloads, prioritise and work to deadlines
- Ability to work with complete confidentiality and take due care with sensitive data
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure
- Finance experience preferred
Initially, the role will be based at our Walsall Wood Office, however, there will be the opportunity for the role to move to being partly working from home and partly office based.
Hours and Days of work to be discussed.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
