Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and on occasion in person
  2. Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, orders, and deliveries
  3. Resolving customer complaints effectively and efficiently
  4. Maintaining customer records and updating the customer database
  5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  6. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service processes

Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.

Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a customer service role; office, retail, hospitality etc.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong problem-solving abilities
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  6. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
