Exciting opportunity for an Administration and Training Coordinator - remote based, for a global social impact organisation making a difference to families and children.

Triple P - Positive Parenting Program is one of the world’s most effective parenting programs, designed to give parents the skills they need to raise confident, healthy children and teenagers and to strengthen family relationships. As part of our continued growth, we have an opportunity for an Administration and Training Coordinator to work from a home base. The role will work with our operations team to assist with the training coordination of remote (Zoom or TEAMS) and in person training events throughout the UK and Ireland.

**The Role**

Will be responsible for managing enquiries, coordinating internally processes and liaising with the Triple P team to ensure training events held remotely and in person are organised effectively. Duties will include:

- Manage the remote training schedule of events and processes
- Schedule the remote links for all training sessions
- Manage confirmations and updates using internal systems
- Work with Trainers and assist with any questions or event issues
- Manage customer and parent enquiries
- Create and reconcile training quotes and assist Finance team with queries

**The Person**

To be successful in this role you must have:

- Experience working at a senior administration level
- Be familiar with video conferencing platforms, particularly Zoom and TEAMS
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills
- Knowledge or experience with CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High levels of self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to multi-task whilst retaining attention to detail
