We are looking for a part time administrator to join our team who are passionate about doing a good job so that together, we can ensure our clients receive the highest quality of work.

This role will report into the Purchase Manager and will be based onsite in our new offices based in Timperley, Cheshire.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carry out all administration work for the business.
- Work closely with the Purchase Manager/ Managing Director in providing administrative support throughout the business.
- Accumulating documentation and collating paperwork to enable the smooth operation of the all projects.
- Help with purchasing of materials for all projects and ensuring they are costed to the appropriate project
- Support with payroll administration when required
- Attend and contribute to team meetings as required, including post meeting summary and action plans
- Complete any adhoc task as requested by the management team

**Skills / Experience**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative/Office Assistant
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise work
- Discretion and reliability with a good understanding of tact and diplomacy

**Salary**:
Starting salary will meet national minimum wage.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £5,491.20-£10,836.80 per year
