Bayfield Bespoke have an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper/Accounts administrator to join their growing team based at Broadheath.
Accounts administrator/Bookkeeper
- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining sales and purchase ledgers
- VAT returns
- Bank reconciliations
- Handling queries from suppliers and customers
- Inter-company reconciliations
- Payroll using Moneysoft software
- General office admin
- Supporting the Managing Director in day-to-day operations
**Requirements**:
AAT qualification or 3 years bookkeeping experience
Must be fully proficient in Sage Line 50
Moneysoft payroll experience essential
Must have excellent attention to detail
Must be able to manage own workload and manage priorities
Excel skills are essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
Hours are 32/39 per week and we can be flexible with this to work around school hours if needed. Early finish on a Friday at 15.00pm

**Salary**: £23K-£28K pa - Negotiable depending on experience
