**Customer Service Advisor / Construction Works Support Coordinator** who has a friendly, helpful and professional approach when liaising with clients with excellent administration, organisational and time-management skills is required for a well-established company based in Altrincham, Greater Manchester, North West England.

The company has seen huge growth over the last 12 months, both in revenue and resource. To support the business in the next stage of their expansion plans they’re looking for forward thinking, hardworking individuals to join their helpdesk as a CustomerService Advisor / Construction Works Support Coordinator and manage some of their key clients’ accounts.

Working as a Customer Service Advisor / Construction Works Support Coordinator you will provide a first-class customer experience for all of your clients, processing work orders and answering their enquiries.

**DUTIES**

Your duties as a Customer Service Advisor / Construction Works Support Coordinator include:

- Accepting and processing work orders
- Building strong working relationships with a small number of nationwide clients and managing their workloads/enquiries
- Scheduling of reactive jobs
- Providing support to operatives
- Producing RAMS (additional training provided)

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**

As a Customer Service Advisor / Construction Works Support Coordinator you will have the following skills and experience:

- A proven track record working in a similar role, ideally within the construction and/or building industry
- Strong PC skills and ability to pick up new systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to prioritise tasks and workload
