My Client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, dedicated and professional HR Assistant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for somebody with some HR or Recruitment experience to further their HR career CIPD Study support will be provided after6 months.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

- Completion of referencing, preparation of contracts and offer letters
- Assign essential training to new joiners, including use of online training platform
- Informing department managers of probationary periods, sending relevant forms, ensuring meetings are carried out
- Maintain personnel files

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

- Previous HR Administration or Recruitment experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strive for quality

**Key responsibilities of the job**:
