**POSITION**:L3 Technical **Support Intern**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- W orking as part of a customer support team in supporting Johnson Controls customers worldwide.
- Creation of support documentation, including procedural documentation
- Installation and configuration of hardware, software and related IT equipment and devices
- Providing high-level technical advice to support teams
- Testing/evaluating new technology and infrastructure
- Development and maintenance of the American Dynamics Support Portal

**ESSENTIAL QUALITIES**:

- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team
- Experience with Windows XP/7 /10 or Linux
- Experience in working with customers

**QUALIFICATIONS/DESIRED MAJOR**:
Applicants must be at undergraduate level, currently studying IT, software engineering or related degree
