Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer Success Team at NBCUniversal. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our tools and platforms to provide expert technical support and guidance to our clients.
- Issue Resolution: Respond to client inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner, conducting root cause analysis and providing effective solutions.
- Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues, communicate client feedback, and identify new features or product enhancements.
- Case Management: Record and maintain case logs to document all activities and ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures.
- Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the development of self-service tools and guidance for clients, as well as internal knowledge sharing and coaching of new hires.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings, project streams, and events to foster strong working relationships and a supportive team environment.
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in a customer-focused environment within the technology sector.
- Technical Skills: Experience using communication/CRM platforms, remote support tools, JIRA or similar ticketing systems, and a strong understanding of technology.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach with good time management and autonomy.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Computer Science, Business, Communications, or equivalent.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with languages such as HTML/CSS and a passion for sports and sports technology.
