- Experience: 1+ year of experience in a customer-focused environment within the technology sector.
- Technical Skills: Experience using communication/CRM platforms, remote support tools, JIRA or similar ticketing systems, and a strong understanding of technology.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach with good time management and autonomy.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Computer Science, Business, Communications, or equivalent.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with languages such as HTML/CSS and a passion for sports and sports technology.
