**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments, composing and preparing correspondence, and arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Facilitate smooth communication between the CEO’s office and other executives, employees, and stakeholders to ensure consistency in the CEO’s engagements and priorities.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and privacy.
- Assist in preparing and editing presentations, reports, and other business documents.
- Coordinate and provide support on various projects across the business, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
- Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
- Assist with the monitoring of budget including tracking expenditures and providing reports.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3-4 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, and donors.
- Proficient in G-Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Keynote and social media or web platforms.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while still delivering high-quality results under pressure.
- Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.

This is a full-time position working on a hybrid schedule out of our London office.The salary for this role is set between £40,000 and £50,000, along with stock options. The actual compensation offered will depend on work experience and skill level.
