**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in managing the CEO's busy schedule, handling important communications, and ensuring smooth operations within the office. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the CEO and contribute to the success of a fast-paced and dynamic fintech company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage CEO's calendar and schedule appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with special projects and provide support to other members of the managment team as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting high-level executives
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced with e Zoom platform
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
- Professional and polished demeanor
